We currently have a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant to help with the day to day work in our central Brighton practice. The role will involve working with a variety of our small business clients.
We are a growing business and in the process of gaining Sage Business Parner Accreditation. As we offer more than bookkeeping and accountancy services this is an interesting opportunity for the right candidate to widen their skill set in terms of business administration and management.
The following key skills are essential for the right candidate:

A good in-depth knowledge of using Sage Instant/Line 50 up to bank reconciliation.

Advanced level user of the MS Office suite, particulary Word, Excel & Outlook.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised on your own initiative.

Strongly client focussed and able to liase with clients in a professional manner face to face, by email and telephone.

As we are a small practice you will be willing to undertake general secretarial and office duties to assist with the day to day running of the practice.
